Don R. Wells is a trial lawyer whose main practice areas are General Civil Litigation, Personal Injury, Domestic Law, Traffic Law, Wills, Estates & Trusts, Business Consultation & Litigation, and the general practice of law.

Mr. Wells received his undergraduate degree from North Carolina State University at Raleigh, and his law degree from Campbell University. Mr. Wells is a member of the Johnston County Bar Association, the North Carolina Bar Association, and the North Carolina Academy of Trial Lawyers. He normally works out of  the firm's Garner/Cleveland office.

Mr. Wells grew up in the Cleveland area of western Johnston County, near our Garner/Cleveland office, and he is committed to serving his community. He currently serves as Treasurer and a Director for Cleveland Fire Dept., Inc., and is a past Board Member of the Cleveland Athletic Association. He also currently serves as the Cleveland representative on the Johnston County Board of Equalization and Review, and works at the election polls for primary and general elections (South Cleveland Precinct).
